This week, CareYourWay brought together leaders from across the North for a vibrant and inspiring Growth Summit held in Rochdale on Tuesday 3rd June. Directors from the Chester, Stockport, East Lancashire, Bury, North Manchester, and Wilmslow offices gathered for a collaborative day focused on deepening their community impact, planning exciting local events, and continuing to improve the lives of the people they support every day.
The day offered an opportunity to reflect on the incredible achievements across CareYourWay's Northern network. From the warm and heartfelt feedback shared on platforms such as Homecare.co.uk to stories from clients and families expressing gratitude for compassionate care, the summit celebrated the impact local offices are having in their communities.

The summit also looked ahead to the months to come, with detailed planning sessions focused on community events for the summer season. Teams shared creative ideas for bringing people together, supporting wellbeing, and raising awareness — all while staying true to CareYourWay’s values of kindness, quality, and person-centred care.
The event was joined by guest speakers from Atlas Mapping, Whzan Digital Health, I’m Worried About Mum, and Homecare.co.uk. Their contributions brought valuable insight into how technology and collaborative services can further enhance client care and support local growth.

CareYourWay’s Senior Growth Specialist, Ian Bradley, offered thought-provoking guidance throughout the day, inspiring Partners to think ahead for what lies next for them this year.
In true CareYourWay spirit, the summit also put a spotlight on the care professionals who make everything possible. With the return of Homecare’s Got Talent— an uplifting, national celebration of care teams across the country — the Northern offices are already energised to showcase the amazing talents and stories of their local teams.
The summit closed on a high note, with shared commitment and renewed energy to grow with purpose, celebrate care teams, and continue delivering exceptional, heartfelt care to families and individuals across the region.
CareYourWay’s leadership team now looks forward to supporting growth and bringing thoughtful, community-led care to even more people across the UK.
