This company is the best company I've worked for. I had my review this week and I was expecting it to be about my work competence, but I was asked how I am, how I feel about my level of support and if there's anything more the company can do for me! The level of support is brilliant, the clients are lovely, it honestly feels like a big family community. How could you not work hard for a company that treats you so well. Everyone from the carers to management are just lovely and the pay is really good. You get provided with a company phone and any worries at all someone is always at the end of the phone for you. I'm really glad I went with this company and I plan on staying here for a long time and building my career with them. There's lots of opportunity for personal development and they're willing to invest in their employees. If you're questioning it, go for it. You won't regret it!
