CareYourWay Devon are my lifeline and I have never had any doubt about the quality of care, staff and management. I have worked in care myself for 25 years and I know how vital the support is to anyone vulnerable! They are an excellent company in all ways!

CareYourWay Blackburn have been caring and looking after my cousin with memory problems for the past 4 weeks. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention to detail they have shown. As I am not living nearby, they have been in regular contact to discuss their visits and any concerns where we could adjust her needs accordingly. Naturally I was very anxious about introducing strangers into her home but her regular carer has become like one of the family. She has been quite exceptional in understanding her needs and shown her compassion, patience and understanding.

The help and care we have received from the manager and her team has been outstanding. I don't know how we would have coped these last few, very difficult, months without their constant support and guidance. As our needs changed and began more complex, the manager helped with advice and strategies to deal with a situation that was changing and deteriorating. She was always available to talk, advise and guide me through and her team provided amazing physical and emotional care and support. My relative found losing his independence and privacy very difficult and although a kind, polite and charming man could also be cantankerous and very, very difficult. The carers coped with care, compassion and discretion under all circumstances and we will always be grateful to them.

Highly recommended. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile when caring for my friend. The service from signing up to aftercare has been nothing short of exceptional. They are always on time and understanding.

I chose this care provider because I felt they really understood and genuinely cared about giving their clients the best care possible. My mother has adapted brilliantly to her new routine and she clearly enjoys her carer visits. It's also a huge weight off my mind to know that my beloved mum is receiving kind and practical daily support.

I'm entirely satisfied with the care I receive, in fact, the group of carers working in my area are as good as one could ever hope for, in short, exemplary. I have no hesitations in saying that CareYourWay have provided me with the most meticulous care and support I have yet to receive. I therefore would rate them the best by some. I believe anytime I felt the need to contact the office, I would receive a prompt and satisfactory answer. CareYourWay have provided carers with whom I have great confidence and rapport with. Resulting in the thing I have come to value most.

CareYourWay took my husband swimming. He has Parkinson's and his mobility is very limited, plus he is having sight problems as well. This company did all the organsisng for him which included a risk assessment and then 2 of the carers went into the pool with him and stayed by his side constantly helping him to get his confidence and eventually, he had the swim he wanted. I cannot praise this company enough.

From the moment I first spoke to them, I immediately felt at ease. It was such a relief to find home care that covers the area. The team are just brilliant, so caring, kind and patient. You have put us all at ease and the app completed each visit tells me everything I need to know. I know Mum is also happier too, she’s eating more and her personal care has improved. You’ve put her at ease so quickly and treated her with dignity and respect. I’m confident that trust will increase even more as time goes on. That’s all we can ask for, that Mum is happy and safe where she wants to be, in her own home. You’ve made everything so easy and just taken away all that worry we had. We’re so far away, so having you in Mum’s support network is just peace of mind for us. Special mention must go to the manager. She is an exceptional caregiver and her dedication to the role shines through. I have every confidence that as the team grows they will have that same outlook.

I have found all the carers we have had to be very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have made my days much easier. I look forward to their visits, and they brighten my days. My wife always seems brighter when they have been. I am very grateful to the manager for all she has done for us in arranging my wife's care and my respite period.

CareYourWay is an exceptional organisation for both the quality of its staff and its management. A very noticeable feature of CareYourWay is that all staff have received training of a very high quality. Staff visiting clients in their homes are supported by immediate digital contact with their administrative office, should the need arise for advice or in an emergency situation. Visiting times to clients, once agreed, are strictly observed.

The client's family are more than happy with CareYourWay. The carers take great pride in their work, they go above and beyond to make sure my husband is treated with care and respect and is always left happy. The management staff are always on the ball when it comes to training and will come to the house to help a carer who may be unsure about a procedure. The phone staff are also very polite and very helpful.
