The First Step to Great Care

Having a conversation with your loved one regarding the decisions you wish to make is the first step in looking for care. We understand that can be difficult for some, which is why we’re here to help.

After an initial conversation with your loved ones, you may wish to contact your local authority to decide on the level of care you require.

You can also contact us to book a free home consultation to discuss your care plan, where you're able to ask a variety of questions about care, especially if this is the first time using this form of service. Our compassionate, friendly and helpful teams will be happy to talk through any concerns or queries.

Deciding on your care

If neccessary, we can help make the right decision for you or your loved one. As care offers many different services, it may seem a little confusing at times, which is why we can help you make an informed decision regarding what best suits your needs.

We hand-pick our staff for their values and character traits to ensure that they can offer maximum support to you, so they can become a familiar, friendly face, and one that you’ll come to know and trust.

A request for a particular staff member will always be listened to and will be at the top of our priorities when matchmaking our carers to clients.

To best suit our carers to your loved one, we discuss your loved ones likes, dislikes, hobbies and passions, and will strive to match our carers to your loved ones preferences as best as we possibly can.

Quality Training

We believe that training our staff to an outstanding level is extremely important. We constantly support our fantastic staff members within their role, ensuring that they always deliver outstanding levels of care.

To best support our fantastic members of staff, we provide an extensive induction and training process, constantly evolving their training patterns to empower them within their role. Our training includes a variety of different activities, some including:

    All our staff have an extensive learning and development plan in place personalised for their own career development and to ensure they can reach their full potential.

    We ensure that any further training required for a new or current care package is met before all carers come into placement,
