Celebrating Sarah and Jonathan: Finalists in the Social Care Top 30 Awards

We are delighted to share some wonderful news from CareYourWay. Our CEO, Sarah Sabater, and COO, Jonathan Sabater, have both been recognised as finalists in the Social Care Top 30 Awards 2025. Sarah has been shortlisted for Executive Home Care Leader, while Jonathan is a finalist for Young Executive of the Year.

These national awards highlight individuals who have made a real difference to the lives of others through their leadership in social care. For us, it’s a moment of great pride to see both Sarah and Jonathan honoured again, having also been finalists last year.

Sarah has devoted more than 35 years of her life to care. Jonathan represents the next generation of our family’s commitment to care. Inspired by his grandmother’s journey, he has taken those personal experiences and shaped them into a passion for helping families feel supported and reassured. Alongside his skills in business and operations, he carries forward the same values that CareYourWay was built upon: care that is personal, thoughtful, and rooted in relationships.
