CareYourWay Celebrates a Special Day with the British Franchise Association

A Family Moment to Remember

This week was a truly special one for CareYourWay, as our mother-and-son team, Sarah and Jonathan, travelled up to Oxfordshire to take part in a day of filming with the British Franchise Association (BFA).

The filming is part of the build-up to the BFA’s annual awards ceremony this November — the biggest celebration of franchising in the UK. For CareYourWay, this year is particularly meaningful, as we are proud to be finalists not once, but twice.

CareYourWay Franchising has been named a finalist for Franchisor of the Year – Emerging, while Sobia and Shahid, our first franchise partners in Hertfordshire, have been recognised as finalists for the Dynamic Duo award. Both categories celebrate the very best in the country, making this a moment of real pride for us all.

A Warm, Reflective Day

The day itself was filled with warmth, laughter, and a strong moment of reflection. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Oxfordshire countryside, the BFA team captured interviews with Sarah and Jonathan, as well as with Sobia and Shahid, speaking passionatley about what inspired them to begin this journey, the people who have touched their lives along the way, and what it means to be part of the CareYourWay family. While the cameras rolled, the heart of each story was clear: a deep passion for care, a belief in doing things with kindness, and the joy that comes from making a difference in people’s lives.

Twenty Years of Care

This recognition feels especially meaningful as we mark 20 years since Sarah and her husband, Manuel, first founded CareYourWay. What began as a small, family-run home care service has grown into a trusted network of offices across the country — but the heart of the business has never changed.

For Sarah, Jonathan, and the entire team, it has always been about people: supporting families, helping loved ones live happily at home, and building connections that last a lifetime - all whilst living and breathing excellence in care. To see both the founders, franchisor and our Hertfordshire partners recognised in the same year is a wonderful milestone.
