Becky is nominated for "Leader of the Future", a category recognising her innovative leadership and passion for transforming care delivery. Her vision and dedication have made a significant impact on our Chester branch since its launch in January 2024, and we’re incredibly proud of how far she’s come.

Giles Sabater, South Devon

Meanwhile, Giles is a finalist for "Registered Manager of the Year", acknowledging his exceptional award-winning leadership and commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care. His hands-on approach and ability to build a nurturing environment have earned him widespread respect in the South Devon community. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care makes him a shining example of what home care should be.

The Leaders in Care Awards, hosted by Care Home Professional and Home Care Insight, celebrate excellence within the care industry, highlighting individuals and teams who go above and beyond to improve the quality of care across the UK. These awards are highly regarded, and having two finalists from CareYourWay is a tremendous achievement.
