Role Specification

Whilst on the search for passionate Registered Manager's, we are on the search for particular individuals who feel as if they have true values they can bring to their local CareYourWay, and the overall brand. We require our Registered Manager's to have:

  • A clear and clean DBS.
  • Notable experience within the industry.
  • At least 'Good' ratings at previous agencies, awarded by the CQC.
  • Passion for providing a high-quality service.
  • Positive previous reference(s).
  • Management skills.
  • Communication skills.
