Domiciliary care, also known as home care, offers essential support to individuals within the comfort of their own homes. As a Care Supervisor, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from supporting the delivery of care to providing vital leadership to our care teams. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are met. Your responsibilities will also include office-based support, helping to oversee care provision and contribute to the ongoing development of our services.
This role involves travel between client locations in North Manchester & Salford, so a valid driving licence is essential. Unlike many other organisations, we ensure that travel time and mileage are reimbursed, as we truly value your dedication and efforts.
