Great British Care Awards Finalists

Overview:

We were incredibly delighted to have been invited to the Great British Care Award regional finals, recognised as Best Employer and Best Homecare Manager. Our teams were humbled to have been recognised for the care we provide, and we were over the moon to attend the event that is so widely recognised. With celebrities attending, our team had a fantastic time up in Bristol and were extremely proud to have been finalists in such a prestigious ceremony.

Best Employer Award:

The Best Employer award seeks to acknowledge and celebrate employers' commitment to care and how this is achieving success in delivering an excellent service. We were recognised for demonstrating considerable acumen and entrepreneurial flair whilst having a sustained track record of delivering high-quality care and managing improvement, innovating care and improving quality of life at home consistently throughout our near two decades of outstanding service.

Home Care Registered Manager:

The Home Care Registered Manager award recognises home care managers who have demonstrated a high level of expertise, together with exceptional skills in managing a complex business of running a home care agency. We were recognised for showing a vision in developing person-centred care and supporting staff to meet the ever-changing needs of our wonderful clients.
