The CareYourWay Academy.

The CareYourWay Academy was built over nine months of focused development, working closely with leading franchising advisors to create the most supportive and practical programme possible.

It’s an 18-month academy by design — because training needs to show up when it’s actually needed. The first six months are all about intensive pre-launch training, laying strong foundations with extraordinarily close mentoring to get the business functioning. The following 12 months offer in-depth post-launch support, delivered at the pace your business grows. After all, there’s no point teaching someone how to run a £500,000 operation before they’ve even opened their doors.

How do I recruit and retain people?

Recruiting and keeping the right team is one of the biggest challenges in care – but we’ve got a strong track record of helping partners get it right. We’ve got tried-and-tested ways to recruit across all the main platforms, and Head Office funds a huge chunk of it. For example, we cover a £10,000 branding package to help you look the part and attract the right people locally.

Our in-house team have worked with these platforms for years and know exactly how to get the best out of them. And when it comes to keeping great staff, our Culture Director is on hand to help you build a strong, positive team culture that people want to be part of.
