When you call Head Office, you’ll likely speak to either Andy or Jonathan. Jonathan is one of our Founders, and Andy heads up our franchise recruitment. Between them, they’ll give you a real insight into the heart of the brand, answer any questions you’ve got, and help you work out whether this is the right fit for you. Speaking to us directly is the best way to get a feel for who we are and how we support our franchise partners.
Attend a Discovery Day.
Attending a Discovery Day at our Head Office in Devon is a great chance to meet the Directors and Founders of CareYourWay in person. It’s a relaxed, informative day where you can see how we work, ask questions, and hear directly from the people behind the brand. The day usually runs from 10am to 4pm and is typically held on a one-to-one basis, giving you plenty of time and space to explore whether this is the right fit for you.
The awarding process.
At CareYourWay, we don’t sell franchises, but rather, we award them. This is not about a transaction but rather a long-term partnership, so we take the process extremely seriously. Our awarding process usually takes 2 to 3 months, giving both sides the time to really get to know one another. Throughout that time, we’re constantly making sure that the fit is right – that you’re the right person for the brand, and equally, that we’re the right opportunity for you.
