As the 2025 awards season came to a close, CareYourWay was proud to finish as the highest-rated home care group in the UK on Homecare.co.uk, achieving an exceptional review score of 9.9. We are equally honoured to have carried that momentum into the new awards season, being recognised as a Top 20 Home Care Group for 2026.

Its annual awards are based on verified feedback from clients and their families, making them one of the most credible indicators of service quality in the sector.

The 2025 awards were determined using more than 33,500 reviews submitted by people receiving care and their relatives across the UK. Review scores consider key aspects of care delivery including quality of care, staff, management, dignity, support and value for money.

Unlike many industry awards, organisations cannot simply apply or submit an entry. Performance is measured directly through the experiences of the people receiving care.
