Celebrating Values-Driven Leadership in Franchising

On 15th May 2025, the UK franchising sector gathered at the NatWest Conference Centre in London for the esteemed Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) Awards. The event celebrates leadership and progress across franchising, highlighting those who inspire growth and innovation. CareYourWay CEO Sarah Sabater was honoured as a finalist in both the “Woman Franchisor of the Year” and “Inspirational Women in Franchising” categories, reflecting her dedication to ethical, person-centred franchising.

Since founding CareYourWay alongside her family, Sarah has focused on creating a franchise network built on strong values — prioritising empowerment, integrity, and support for franchise partners, all aligned around delivering outstanding home care services.

Supporting Leadership at Every Level

CareYourWay’s commitment to inclusive leadership is evident across the network, with 12 out of 13 offices featuring women in their director or leadership teams. This approach ensures diverse perspectives help shape business strategies, foster strong cultures, and deliver exceptional care.

At the EWIF Awards event, Sarah was joined by members of the CareYourWay leadership team, including Chief Operations Officer Jonathan Sabater, Head of Brand & Marketing Anna Potgieter, and Rachel Tarrant, Director & Registered Manager of CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough. Together, they connected with industry leaders and celebrated the achievements of franchising professionals across the UK.

A Milestone for CareYourWay and the Franchise Sector

Now in its tenth year, the EWIF Awards continue to recognise franchise leaders who champion inclusion, innovation, and resilience. Sarah’s nomination highlights the progress CareYourWay has made in building a supportive, values-driven franchise system that prioritises both business success and ethical care delivery.

Reflecting on her nomination, Sarah said:

“The EWIF Awards are more than a celebration — they’re a testament to the change we’re all working to create. To be recognised among so many inspiring leaders was humbling. At CareYourWay, we’re proud to be building a network where compassion, integrity, and empowerment are at the centre of everything we do.”

The entire CareYourWay team congratulates all finalists and winners at the 2025 EWIF Awards and remains dedicated to fostering an inclusive franchising environment where leadership at every level drives positive impact.
