The award recognises the franchise’s multi-generational, family-led, and values-driven approach, which has helped a network of franchisees achieve rapid, sustainable growth while delivering exceptional care in their communities.

While Sobia and Shahid were a runner-up in the Dynamic Duo category, their success in Hertfordshire remains an incredible achievement – with over 6,000 care hours delivered monthly, a 60-strong team, and strong profitability from their first year.
