They’re not just an opportunity to update one another — they’re a space to connect, reflect, and keep improving the way we support both our clients and each other.

A Time to Reconnect and Refocus

Each month, our care professionals gather to share updates, discuss experiences, and celebrate the progress made — both big and small. These moments help ensure that every team member feels heard, involved, and confident in the work they do.

It’s also a time to reflect on how we’re delivering care — and to ask ourselves how we can make it even better. From sharing challenges to offering new ideas, the room is filled with a shared commitment to growing stronger, together.

Welcoming New Team Members

This month’s meeting was especially rewarding as we welcomed new faces to the team. Creating a space for introductions and open conversations is an important part of how we build trust from day one. Everyone brings something unique to the table, and it’s through this mix of experience, perspective, and compassion that we continue to evolve as a team.

And of course — no meeting would be complete without something to bring us together around the table! With a warm meal (pizza included!), there was plenty of laughter and conversation, reminding us that connection and community are just as important within our team as they are in the wider work we do.
