CareYourWay Stockport was launched in 2023 with the aim of providing outstanding-quality care within the local surroundings of Stockport. Mike Lee

Mike Lee, Director of CareYourWay Stockport, is dedicated to providing outstanding care services. With a passion ignited by his father's homecare journey, he aims to redefine industry standards.

Mike prioritises individual needs, offering personalised attention, respect, and dignity to every client. CareYourWay Stockport goes beyond physical care, providing emotional support and companionship. Through continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence, Mike ensures exceptional standards are upheld.

By fostering a team of compassionate carers who share his vision, he makes a positive difference in clients' lives.

Mike Lee says:

Although IT has been the core of my career, care and helping society has been my passion. Through working with charities, such as MIND and St. John’s Ambulance, to caring for my elderly father, I have been able to use my network and my own time to try and make a difference in the lives of the people who I care about and the lives of strangers. Through CareYourWay, this is the natural path I could take to continue making a difference and provide something back to society.

Sammi Zhang

Sammi Zhang, the General Manager for CareYourWay Stockport, is a compassionate and dedicated caregiver. Her personal experience caring for her own autisic children and elderly family members has driven her to recognise the importance of compassionate and personalised care.

Sammi’s innate desire to make a positive impact on people's lives led her to help establish CareYourWay Stockport. Sammi leads a team of dedicated individuals who value collaboration and strive to provide exceptional care and support tailored to each client's needs. Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, they prioritise comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

As the General Manager, Sammi’s leadership ensures that CareYourWay Stockport continues to deliver outstanding care while fostering a warm and nurturing environment. Her commitment to empathy, understanding, and making a difference underscores the significance of her role in the lives of those who need it the most.

Sammi Zhang says:

Growing up in a large family environment, I have always understood that caring for others is in my nature and has been a mission of mine. Now, as a mother, taking care of two children with autism has built my character and developed my caring to new heights. This experience has inspired my passion and drive to join the home care industry. I believe that providing in-home care services can create a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals and others with special needs. I joined CareYourWay to give me the best possible chance to provide high-quality, personalised care, and I believe we can make a positive impact and empower individuals to live their best lives at home.
