Reflecting on an Exciting Journey

CareYourWay Stockport has proudly marked its first anniversary, celebrating a full year of delivering kind, person-centred care to individuals and families across the area since launching in April 2024.

The team came together to commemorate the milestone with a relaxed gathering, sharing pizza and Easter eggs while reflecting on the journey so far. It was a moment of gratitude and togetherness, celebrating how far they’ve come and the impact they’ve made within the local community.

Mike Lee, Director of CareYourWay Stockport, shared his heartfelt thanks during the event:

The Team's Accolades & Achievements

Over the past year, the Stockport branch has gone from strength to strength. From earning a perfect 10/10 rating on homecare.co.uk to being praised by local families for their outstanding service, the team’s commitment has been evident in everything they do.

The team has also shown a strong commitment to the community, supporting clients during key seasonal events, getting involved in local activities, and championing the values of dignity, respect, and individualised care.

Mike, whose personal experience of navigating care for a loved one inspired him to open the Stockport branch, said the anniversary was a chance to pause and appreciate the team’s collective achievements - and to look forward to the future with confidence.

CareYourWay Stockport is continuing to grow, reaching more people in need of high-quality care in their own homes. As the team reflects on a successful first year, there’s a real sense of optimism about what lies ahead.
