CareYourWay Chichester Celebrates Success at Exciting Network Awards!

Husband-and-wife team Mark and Gemma Chambers recognised for excellence within the CareYourWay network at CareYourWay's annual Franchise Conference.

A Day with the CareYourWay Family

CareYourWay Chichester Director and Registered Manager, Gemma Chambers, along with her husband and Business Manager, Mark Chambers, attended the CareYourWay Annual Conference 2025 — a day of inspiration, reflection, and celebration for the network.

The event brought together franchise partners, leaders, and special guests from across the UK to share experiences, gain insights, and celebrate the dedication and passion that define the CareYourWay community. Delegates were inspired by talks from Tommy Whitelaw, National Lead – Person Centred Voices, and Sarah Cressall OBE, CEO and Founder of Creation Station, leaving attendees motivated and energised.

Double Success for CareYourWay Chichester

The highlight of the day was the CareYourWay Awards, recognising exceptional contributions across the network. CareYourWay Chichester enjoyed a particularly memorable evening as Mark and Gemma Chambers were honoured with two prestigious awards: Young Upcomer of the Year and the coveted Franchise Partner of the Year.

Their recognition followed a rigorous judging process, including interviews with Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchise Association, and Graham McKinnon, CEO of Franchology, who praised their leadership, commitment, and person-centred approach. The Franchise Partner of the Year award was especially meaningful, having been voted for by fellow franchise partners — a clear reflection of the respect and admiration the pair have earned across the network.

Mark Chambers said:

We are absolutely humbled and deeply honoured to receive these awards. To be recognised by our peers, who inspire us every day, is incredibly special and reflects the hard work and heart our team puts into delivering exceptional care.

Gemma added:

We’re proud to be part of a network that celebrates kindness, innovation, and shared success. The support we’ve received from CareYourWay and our fellow partners has been phenomenal — we’re excited to continue growing together.

The conference concluded with a sense of pride and renewed motivation for all attendees, highlighting the continued commitment of CareYourWay Chichester — and the wider network — to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
