As the Director and Registered Manager of CareYourWay Chichester, she is committed to upholding the highest standards of care, ensuring that every individual we support receives compassionate, tailored assistance that empowers them to live independently and with dignity. Her approach is built on kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of those in our care.

With over 15 years of experience as a Business Manager across multiple sectors, Mark has developed a strong passion for leadership, commercial & operational excellence, and delivering high-quality services. However, his personal experiences have truly shaped his commitment to the care industry.

Having supported both of his parents through their care journeys, Mark has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that care can have—both when it is outstanding and, unfortunately, when it falls short. These experiences have given him a deep appreciation for person-centred care and the difference it makes in people’s lives.
