With over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur and business consultant, Harpreet is passionate about providing high quality and honest care. Harpreet is empowered and innovative in implementing the highest standards of quality of care that leaves an imprint on care users supported by a relationship built on trust and empathy. Encouraging personal independence and personal growth that allows any person to reach their life’s goals is something Harpreet is very passionate about and incorporates into her strategy and mentoring programmes.

Wanting to help others with a genuine heart and being someone who people often trust, I desired my next business venture to be in a field where I could make a difference to someone’s life on a daily basis. Launching CareYourWay Weybridge, where everyone believes in the same ethics and principles that is backed by honesty and trust, this was my next step in life and felt right at home. I am extremely excited to bring my business acumen to those in need and demonstrate that no challenge is too big to overcome.

Drawing on extensive experience working alongside diverse communities, Ashdeep is committed to delivering high-quality care that is built on trust, respect, and empathy.

Ashdeep believes that every individual deserves to have their voice heard and to be empowered to make informed choices about their lives. By promoting dignity, inclusion, and personal growth, Ashdeep strives to create positive outcomes that enable people to achieve their goals, maximise their independence, and live fulfilling lives. Having worked in mental health for many years, I have always been passionate about supporting people through some of the most challenging times in their lives. I believe that one of the most important things we can offer is the ability to truly listen, understand each person's unique circumstances, and ensure they feel heard, valued, and respected.

Launching CareYourWay Weybridge has given me the opportunity to combine my experience in health and social care with my passion for advocacy and person-centred support.
