Audrey Uikiene

With over 15 years of experience as a Business Manager across multiple sectors, Audrey has built her career around strong leadership, operational excellence and delivering high-quality services. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to lead people effectively while maintaining consistently high standards.

Her commitment to the care sector, however, is deeply personal. Having supported her mum through her own care journey, Audrey has seen first-hand the profound difference that exceptional, person-centred care can make, as well as the impact when those standards fall short.

These experiences have shaped Audrey’s determination to provide care differently. Closely aligned with CareYourWay’s family ethos and commitment to quality, she is passionate about creating a service built around dignity, compassion and genuinely understanding what matters to each individual and their family.
