In September 2022, CareYourWay Hertfordshire is due to launch its care service into its local community, providing high-quality, expert care for individuals at home. Dedicated to providing a high-quality service, Sobia Farooq, Managing Director of Hertfordshire said:
I decided very early on that I wanted a career in nursing. Once qualified, I worked in Cardiology before moving on to become a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. From a young age, I realised that my purpose in life was to help people, and this was my vocation.
After 10 years of being a qualified nurse, I understand the values of compassion, courage, communication, competence, care and commitment. In my view, these are the most important values when providing care. With these values and my experience as a nurse, I am confident that through being a part of CareYourWay, I will be able to contribute to the delivery of outstanding home care in Hertfordshire.
Sobia and her team have been within the care world for a number of years, all committed to providing a high-quality care service for those at home. Accredited by the Care Quality Commission as a service capable of delivering quality care, Sobia's values, vision and aims have aligned with CareYourWay's family-run ethos, extending the level of care reach the family-oriented community has within the country.
