CareYourWay’s Rachel Tarrant Celebrated as Rising Star in Hampshire Care Awards!

At the 2025 Hampshire Care Awards, Rachel Tarrant, Director and Registered Manager of CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough, was honoured as a Rising Star.

Rachel’s nomination was a surprise from her father, Richard, making the achievement even more meaningful. Together with both her mum and dad, Rachel launched CareYourWay Alton, Farnham & Farnborough last year, united under the promise “Our Family Caring For Yours.”

A Reflective Journey

Since opening, Rachel has poured her heart into building a service rooted in compassion and quality. In just 12 months, she has completed her Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care — achieving this in an impressive eight months — as well as her Level 3 in Dementia Awareness. These accomplishments reflect her commitment not only to her own growth, but also to ensuring families in the community receive the very best support.

The award stands as a recognition of the passion and dedication that Rachel, her family, and the CareYourWay team bring to every client they serve. It is also a testament to the values at the heart of the business: kindness, professionalism, and the belief that care at home should always feel like family.
