Rachel is delighted to join the CareYourWay family, a company that truly embodies the values she holds close to her heart. With over 18 years of experience in the care sector, Rachel discovered her passion for helping others when she was just 15 years old, and she has been dedicated to it ever since. Her focus is always on ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care, with a genuine commitment to going above and beyond in every aspect.
Becoming a mother allowed Rachel to step back for a time, but it also deepened her empathy, patience, and understanding – qualities that are essential in care. This personal journey has made her even more dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Being able to work alongside her parents, Richard & Tracey, in this field adds a special layer of meaning for Rachel, making her career in care all the more rewarding.
Rachel Tarrant says:
"As a young adult I always knew I wanted to help people. I grew up with a very small family unit and so was very grateful for everything I had, this I think allowed me to understand the daily struggles people go through and how I could offer a helping hand. CareYourWay has welcomed me with open arms and I cannot wait to watch our company grow.”
Lucy brings a deeply personal perspective and genuine compassion to her role. Her journey into care began during a challenging time when her father became unwell, giving her firsthand experience of the difference that high-quality, compassionate support can make to individuals and their families.
This experience inspired Lucy to pursue a career in care, driven by a desire to support others through similar situations. Today, she is proud to lead CareYourWay alongside her sister, Rachel, building a service that reflects their shared values of kindness, dignity, and treating every client like family.
Lucy also plays a key role in connecting with the local community, ensuring families are aware of the support available to them and feel confident seeking help when they need it. Her commitment is to provide a reliable, person-centred service that enables clients to feel safe, respected, and supported in the comfort of their own homes.
Lucy Wren says:
Being part of CareYourWay means I get to combine my professional experience with something deeply personal and helping create a service that we would trust for our own loved ones.
