Richard Earl

_Director

Richard Earl, Director of CareYourWay Farnborough, brings both experience and genuine warmth to his role. With a background directing successful businesses, he places high value on personal connections and exceptional service. Richard ensures each client receives respectful, personalised care that helps them feel valued and comfortable in their own home.

Outside of work, Richard has a passion for motorsport, which he enjoys both as a spectator and racer, as well as golf, which brings him a sense of focus and relaxation. His caring nature and dedication to helping others make him a natural fit for this work.

Under Richard’s guidance, CareYourWay Farnborough goes beyond physical support to provide true companionship and emotional care, creating safe and supportive environments for all.

Tracey Earl

Tracey Earl, Director of CareYourWay Farnborough, brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. With a background in management across retail and office settings, she has developed exceptional customer service skills and a genuine dedication to helping others. Tracey also served several years with the Hampshire Police force and as a first responder with the Hampshire Ambulance Service, gaining deep insight into the importance of community care.

These experiences have shaped Tracey’s commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Her work at CareYourWay is inspired by a heartfelt desire to provide compassionate, reliable support for those who need it most, ensuring each client feels safe, respected, and valued in their own home.

Backed by my husband Richard, and my daughter, Rachel, CareYourWay Farnborough truly provide care from our family to yours."

Rachel Tarrant

Rachel, aged 33, is delighted to join the CareYourWay family, a company that truly embodies the values she holds close to her heart. With over 18 years of experience in the care sector, Rachel discovered her passion for helping others when she was just 15 years old, and she has been dedicated to it ever since. Her focus is always on ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care, with a genuine commitment to going above and beyond in every aspect.

Becoming a mother allowed Rachel to step back for a time, but it also deepened her empathy, patience, and understanding – qualities that are essential in care. This personal journey has made her even more dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Being able to work alongside her parents, Richard & Tracey, in this field adds a special layer of meaning for Rachel, making her career in care all the more rewarding.

I grew up with a very small family unit and so was very grateful for everything I had, this I think allowed me to understand the daily struggles people go through and how I could offer a helping hand.
