At CareYourWay The Chilterns & South Buckinghamshire, we know that exceptional care depends on exceptional people. That’s why we’re committed to building a local team who share our values and genuinely care about making a difference to the families we support.
Our care professionals are carefully selected not only for their experience and ability, but for the qualities that matter just as much: kindness, reliability, warmth and a genuine desire to help others.
As a local team, we’re proud to be part of the communities we serve, building trusted relationships with clients, families and those around them.
Above all, we want families to know the people walking through their door are people they can trust, rely upon and feel completely comfortable welcoming into their home.

Rupa Kotecha-Smith says:
I'm proud to bring CareYourWay to the Chilterns and South Bucks, the place my family and I call home. Being able to support people in our local communities to live well, stay independent and continue doing the things they enjoy means a great deal to me. Every person we support deserves to be treated with the same care, compassion and respect that I would want for my own family.
With over 15 years of experience across care, support and management, Amreen has built her career around making a positive difference in people’s lives. Passionate about supporting older people, those living with dementia, individuals with disabilities and people with complex care needs, she believes great care begins with truly understanding the person behind those needs.
For Amreen, this means taking the time to listen, understand what matters and respect each person’s choices, routines and independence. Proud to be part of CareYourWay, she is committed to creating a service where people and their families feel valued, supported and genuinely cared for, delivered by a team who share those same values and take pride in making a difference every day.
Amreen Akhtar says:
For me, care is about building trust, creating meaningful relationships and making a positive difference to people's everyday lives. Being able to support people to live independently, with dignity and confidence, is what inspires me every day.
