Care is within the heart of our family. Care Your Way was founded on the lack of quality, personalised care for people within our community. Myself and my husband, Manuel, had previously owned an employment agency, but soon found ourselves watching a hole within the care industry that had not been filled. Care that was tailored to meet a client’s wants and needs never existed, which is why, some fifteen years ago, we started Care Your Way.

Our children have grown up surrounding care - from having responsibility and involvement in the business from a young age, to caring for my mother for nine years, who had advanced dementia, they always had some sort of involvement, whether that be cleaning the offices or answering phone calls, even from a very young age, they had helped wherever they could. All in all, I’m extremely proud to say that our business is family run and cannot wait to see how we project ourselves into the future. Being the managing director is not only incredibly fulfilling, but something people may call a ‘dream job’!

As Managing Director, my journey within Health and Social Care management began when I was just 21 years old. Working within care management I have seen many changes in regulation, legislation and general service requirement, but have always stand firm with the principal that; care services should be tailor made to an individual, placing that person in the centre of all decision making.

Manuel is responsible for the HR department and is qualified from the CIPD.

Finance Director

I am the Finance Director for the Company, mananging all contracts and financal matters enjoying working with my fellow Directors towards the general running of the company. I work on a day to day basis with different departments of the local authorities, NHS, and indivduals to manage the financal aspect of there care to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Deputy Manager

I have a Level 2 and 3 diplomas in Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People, Level 3 Dementia and my Level 5 Health and Social Care Management. I am currently the Deputy Manager and Company Trainer.

IT Manager & Website Developer

Giles has been working for Care Your Way for over 7 years enhancing the company's use of IT equipment and software whilst working along side the directors to improve the carers and clients experience.

I have been working in the care industry for seven years, starting within a child care setting completing my Montessori teaching, venturing off to London to be a nanny and then going into domiciliary care.

I have been working for Care Your Way for over a year and i am involved in the recruitment and general administration duties in the office. I am now looking forward to starting my Level 3 Business and Administration qualification and progressing further within my role.

I have been working within the care industry for the last 10 years , firstly as a domiciliary carer where I achieved my level 2 and 3 in health and social care , and then I made the decision to move into a more office based setting within the care agency and helping out with all aspects of work within the office.

Jonathan actively works on and is responsible for the companies marketing and social medias. He also manages the blog, and is now working on Care Your Way's own cook book for clients, which will provide nutritious, healthy and enjoyable meals.
