CareYourWay Norwich offers person centred, compassionate, respectful and dignified service to clients and their families across Norwich and the wider area.

Our goal is to deliver an outstanding care service via home care services, dementia care, overnight care and more, that in turn makes a positive difference to local people's lives everyday.

Meet the Team

Sue Fear

_{Managing Director}

Sue’s goal in life from a very young age was to have a career which involved caring for others and this led to her qualifying as a Registered General Nurse. Over 12 years, she gained a huge experience working in Acute Medicine, Surgery, Neonatology and Elderly Care in the community, and then moving to the pharmaceutical industry, helping to develop innovative treatments for many diseases and conditions.

Sue has always been passionate about providing a person centred, compassionate, respectful and dignified service to all her many clients and their families and she has always believed that most people would like to be cared for at home when at all possible. This became even more personal when trying to find good quality care for her own aging parents and started the fire in her to become an outstanding care service provider to her own community.

As the Managing Director, Sue is proud to lead a team of dedicated, highly trained individuals with equal passion to provide exceptional care, tailored to each client’s individual care needs and wishes. We are very proud to make a positive difference to our client’s lives every day.

I am so proud to be able to provide exceptional care to clients in their own homes. This has a huge impact on a person’s well-being, surrounded by familiarity, family, pets, community and memories and it is a huge privilege to be part of their lives. I am also determined to work with my community to raise the profile and recognition of our hardworking and dedicated carers.
