Meet the Team

Jennifer Jenkins

_{Director, Registered Manager & Nominated Individual}

Jennifer qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2002 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2012. She has worked in both A+E and General Practice, with a particular interest in frailty. In 2024, Jenny’s mother sadly passed away after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. During this time, Jenny witnessed both exceptional and inadequate standards of care, which deeply influenced her perspective. Following her mother’s passing, she became even more determined to make a meaningful difference within the care sector. Her commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care is unwavering, and she recognises the vital importance of enabling clients to remain in the comfort of their owns homes, receiving compassionate, individualised support that promotes independence and dignity.

I am truly passionate about making a positive difference within my local community as the Director and Registered Manager of CareYourWay Macclesfield. For me, providing personalised care that respects each individual’s independence, dignity, and autonomy is at the heart of everything I do. With many years of both personal and professional experience in the care industry, I’m eager to share my knowledge and offer meaningful support to every client.

David Jenkins

David brings over 20 years of experience in managing and operating businesses across a range of industries. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of growth, service delivery, and how to run operations that make a real difference to people. His work has strengthened his belief that marketing at CareYourWay is about service - not sales. For David, marketing is how we help families understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and find care solutions that genuinely suit their needs and circumstances. Known for his insight and practical leadership style, David is committed to building approaches that make CareYourWay’s services easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to trust. His goal is simple: support CareYourWay to continue delivering long-lasting value through choice, clarity, and care that is truly shaped around the individual.
