CareYourWay East Lancashire is formed of a committed team who are dedicated to bringing quality, personalised care to loved ones across East Lancashire.
From our base in scenic Ribchester, our passionate carers serve families loved ones in Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington, Clitheroe, as well as the many surrounding towns and villages that make up East Lancashire.
Meet the Team
Sophie Hession
DirectorSophie Hession, Director of CareYourWay East Lancashire, is extremely passionate about caring for others. It all started when she first worked in a care home and quickly realised how rewarding caring for others is. Her experience, matched with her caring and understanding nature, allows her and the team to personalise care to individual needs whilst offering respect and dignity to all individuals.
Care Your Way East Lancashire is constructed of a dedicated team that provides outstanding care to your loved ones. Not only will we provide physical care, but we will provide emotional support too.
We are not just carers we are friends; someone to provide professional care and advice but also someone to have a well-needed cup of tea and chat with.
Sophie Hession says:
Since a young age I have always had a caring nature, I would always offer to go to my grandparents and help them with daily tasks, it was just something I enjoyed. Working in care has always been my passion, working with dementia patients, to helping people with everyday needs. Since becoming a mother and caring for my two children, I decided I wanted to something more, that’s when I joined CareYourWay. I feel I can provide the best possible high quality care to East Lancashire, with a dedicated and passionate team of carers who will be able to care for your loved ones individual needs.
Callum Ramsey
DirectorDirector of CareYourWay East Lancashire has always had a passion for business.
He has been the director of a number of successful businesses where he is devoted to delivering an excellent standard of service across the board.
Callum has a very caring nature and he finds helping others very fulfilling.
Callum Ramsey says:
When establishing my first business at the age of 19, I always felt I wanted to run a business that went the extra mile for its customers, no matter what service it provided. My passion for delivering high standards has naturally steered me towards a career in the care sector. Now as a father of 2 amazing children I want them to learn the importance of purposefulness and compassion.
