This October, our CareYourWay South Devon team proudly joined people across the country to take part in Wear It Pink Day, raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Now.
The day was full of colour and good spirit, with our carers, clients, and office team coming together to support an incredible cause that touches so many lives.
Across South Devon, our team brightened the day with cheerful pops of pink — from scarves and socks to bright accessories — bringing warmth and positivity to every visit and conversation.
Our fundraising activities added to the fun, with a Guess the Number of Pink Socks challenge and a light-hearted sweepstake keeping everyone smiling. It was a simple, enjoyable way to unite behind a shared goal while doing something that truly makes a difference.
Our fundraising began earlier in the week, and by Wear It Pink Day we had already raised £111 in support of Breast Cancer Now. Each donation helps to fund vital research and care for those affected by breast cancer, ensuring more people receive the help and hope they deserve.
Donations are still coming in, and we’re looking forward to seeing our total grow. If you’d like to support our efforts, you can visit our fundraising page here.
At CareYourWay, community and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. Wear It Pink Day reminded us of the strength that comes from working together — not just as colleagues, but as a caring community.
We’re incredibly proud of our South Devon team for their enthusiasm and kindness, and grateful to our clients who joined in and showed their support throughout the week. Together, we created a moment of positivity and purpose that reflects what CareYourWay stands for every day.
