With over 20 years in healthcare, Shabana has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, person-centered care. As Director of CareYourWay Blackburn, she ensures every client receives high-quality, dignified, and personalised support - just as she would for her own loved ones.

Her clinical background gives her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those needing care and the importance of empowering carers to provide exceptional support. Shabana is passionate about a person-centered approach, focusing on each client’s unique needs and dignity.

Inspired by her work in community healthcare, Shabana saw how compassionate care transforms lives and fosters independence. Her mission is simple: to put clients first, helping them live with dignity and confidence in the care they receive.

Simra Tariq

With extensive nursing experience and a deep passion for providing high-quality care, Simra is dedicated to improving the lives of those she serves. She strives to promote independence while ensuring that individuals receive the highest standard of support. Having worked across diverse healthcare settings, she has developed a strong understanding of patient needs, care planning, and best clinical practices.

As a Registered Manager, Simra leads a compassionate team committed to delivering personalised care with respect, dignity, and trust. She believes that true care goes beyond medical needs - it’s about empowering clients to live fulfilling lives while feeling safe and comfortable in their own homes. With a focus on inclusivity and ongoing training, she ensures that every client receives care tailored to their unique needs, values, and goals.
